“Better Meals”, a company in Burnaby, BC, offer frozen, nutritious, well-balanced 3-course meals, plus a la carte items. These meals can be stored in the freezer, heated in a microwave or regular oven. Drop by our Centre to pick up a menu. You can also call Better Meals at 1-888-838-1888 to place an order. They offer free delivery to your home in Salmon Arm.
If you live outside Salmon Arm where delivery service may not be available, we have a selection of the 3-course meals at our Centre which you are able to come in to purchase (max. 5 at a time) at a cost of $7.50 each. You can phone your order to us by Thursdays at 3:00 and have your order delivered to our Centre. You can pick it up at our Centre on the following Wednesday.
